Here is the finished version!
This character's name is Carousel, (hence the title) and I'm thinking she's either going to be part of N. Vocatio (Noah Rider's story) or have a story of her own.
She's an assassin as well as a former circus performer. She wears a mask because of burns on her face from a fire she got caught in when she was younger.
